Here is a list of common questions that we have received. If you don't see an answer to a question you might have, feel free to reach out to us on our contact form.

Do you sell herbal teas?

Our focus is on educating tea enthusiasts on tea which comes from the plant Camellia sinensis. We do enjoy steeping other plants, but the world of tea is too vast, and there are plenty of great, high-quality herbal teas readily available for us to start our focus there.
 

Do you sell blends?

Scented, flavored and/or blended teas will be included in our app if it they are classic teas. Our goal is to introduce our tea drinkers to time-honored teas presenting detailed information on single origin tea.

Fulfillment

We process our orders in one or two days upon receipt.

Fraud Detection

We use a fraud detection service, if something doesn't quite seem right, we will reach out to make sure our customer intended to place an order before we fulfill it.

Shipping

Shipments are sent by USPS First Rate whenever possible. It allows us to keep operation costs low, which we in turn pass on to you. Packages generally take 1-5 days to arrive. If you require your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We store, pack, and ship all of our orders from our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
