Description

Huang Guanyin is rock oolong from Wuyishan. It was created in 2003 when the tea cultivars Huang Jin Gui and Tie Guan Yin were crossed. It's made of twisted leaves with medium oxidation and charcoal fire to bring out the flavor of almonds, toasted marshmallow, fresh flowers, coconut and a slight mineral finish.

Romanization: Huáng Guānyīn chá (黃觀音)
Translation: direct translation is “Yellow Goddess of Mercy”
