Kamairi cha is a green tea produced in Japan that uses Chinese pan-firing techniques to stop the leaves from oxidation. Most Japanese green teas are steamed to stop the oxidation process. This specific tea comes from the southern island of Kyûshû and is the 5th largest growing region in Japan.
