A fragrant black tea produced from is produced from large leaf tea trees usually used for puer. The tea is withered and massaged repeatedly to oxidize the leaves. Once fully oxidized they're left to dry in the shade. This tea is fruity and fragrant with a clean mineral finish.

Process: Day 1: plucked, withered, rolled and massaged, and repeated (up to 5 times) until fully oxidized. On day 2, the leaves are spread out in the shade to fully dry.
Flavor Profile: dry sycamore leaves, worn leather, dry wood, hint of rose and with a slight mineral finish.
