Wild Lapsang Souchong - Zhengshan Xiaozhong

$ 16.95

Description

One of the farmers we work with took custody of an abandoned tea garden with wild tea plants. The bushes are not managed nor do they grow in the usual rows commonly found in tea gardens. Because this field is semi-wild, we’re uncertain about it’s cultivar and tea plant age.

It’s quality and price point makes it an excellent daily drinker.

And keep in mind, this isn’t your usual Lapsang Souchong, this tea is NOT smoked and is an absolute delight to drink. If you’re looking for the smoked version, contact us to let us you know that this is something you enjoy and we’ll start the hunt.

There isn’t much roast imparted on this tea because it is baked using an electric oven.
